As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit, sway on the swings, and take in the stunning views that give this place its name. Enjoy the 7-person hot tub or unwind in the spacious living room. Important: NO 3RD PARTY RES. Tiny Red Barn is a labor of love built by us for you on the Diascund Reservoir with water views, wooded trails and sunsets. We feel like we're on vacation every day of the year and look forward to sharing our 26 acres with you. Heavily wooded land with rolling trails, birds, deer, squirrels, turtles, chickens, mini donkeys and bees. A large amount of our property sits on the Diascund Reservoir which provides a whole other side of nature. Opened April 1, 2021.

Nestled on our little homestead, this is glamping at its finest: fresh air, feathered friends, and all the comforts of home (yes, we’re talking hot showers and AC). You can sip coffee with chickens, stargaze under wide-open skies, and maybe make friends with our crazy goats and obnoxious geese. Peaceful rural charm meets modern comfort, all just 15 minutes from Williamsburg.

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.
