Beautiful family owned condo located in Nevada on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe, 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort (Stagecoach and Boulder Lift). Condo is in immaculate condition. Located at 7400-feet elevation with a lake view. Over 1800 square feet on three floors with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a large loft area that comes set up with a full bedroom set and 1 double futon. Easy access to Condo, with no crazy stairs (like you find on many Tahoe Condo's). The condo comes with wireless internet and Cable TV. Living Room The living room has a large flat screenTV (with cable and DVD) along with L- shaped couch and gas fireplace. Dining table for 8. Kitchen Modern clean kitchen with dishwashing machine and double fridge/freezer. Master bedroom California King Bed, ensuite bathroom with family sized bath, flat screen TV and built in closets. Second bedroom Double bed with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower. 3rd Bedroom Bunk bed with a queen bed, twin trundle bed and twin top bunk bed. Upstairs bathroom Bath and Shower Upstairs Loft Queen Bed with 1 Double futon, could be used as additional living space or could sleep an additional 4 people. Deck 2x decks with the upper deck having lake views. In the summer there is an outside table and chair set for outside dining. Deck also contains a gas BBQ. Rear upper deck has been baby-proofed. This condo is perfect for two couples or family with up to eight occupants. BlueGo shuttle buses run from the end of the street to the casinos (upon phone request) and other Heavenly ski lifts.
