It’s the perfect getaway for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Sierras in a serene setting, with the sounds of Mott Creek, beautiful views of the Carson Valley and Sierra Mountains, and easy access to Lake Tahoe, within a 15-20 minute drive. Heavenly Ski Resort is in our backyard! The county's 13% Occupancy Tax is included in the daily rate.

Welcome to your Tahoe Retreat! You and your family will enjoy gorgeous sunsets views and snow capped mountains from the front deck. Watch the deer and squirrels foraging on the hills behind from the back patio. Just a 3 minute drive to the ski lifts or hop on the free shuttle that picks up out front. Not a skier? Hike the nearby Tahoe Rim Trail, explore Castle Rock or take a 10-15 minute drive to the lake beaches or exciting nightlife in the casino district. Central to everything Tahoe.

Peaceful A-frame Getaway

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Walking access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and just a couple miles to numerous beach options, this is a natural paradise. Plenty of off street parking in front of the condo, and just a few steps to the pool and hot tub make this location extremely convenient.(pool now open, hot tubs still closed till regulations relaxed)

At 7,500 feet of elevation, your literally on top of the Mountain with Mountain views, 1 minute from the Nevada side of Heavenly Mountain Resort's Boulder and Stagecoach lodge and ski lifts. 3 miles from the beach and casinos. We have added an air conditioner in the loft, BBQ, Fire pit, professional Pac Man game, Wifi, and multiple large screen TV's. We have 5 bedrooms (one is a loft with no doors), 7 queen size beds in total. Small dog friendly (woof).
