Kiparissos : locations de vacances

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The perfect location, private and only a few minute drive into Gytheio with nearby beaches to stroll. The property was absolutely beautiful with potted flowers, a small garden and citrus trees. A gorgeous view on a private veranda overlooking the water in the distance, perfect for morning coffee. The space was cozy and very clean. Melina was very responsive to questions, making us feel very comfortable with our stay.

We stay in Leonidas’ place in Kalamata in May. Main purpose was to have a base place to visit this part of Peloponeso and it worked really well. Getting there is like entering into a fairy tale and relaxing corner out of the hustle of the roads and it was great to enjoy the terrace overlooking the olive trees while having dinner or breakfast in the nice terrace.The cabin is bigger than it seems and well equipped. Bed very comfortable and shower works well. There is a supermarket very close and also many restaurants around as the place is located at the end of the promenade which goes along the main beach from Kalamata. The access is a bit difficult at the beginning but once you get the instructions is then fine to access. Also great to have a place to leave the car safely and so close to the beach. Leonidas welcomed us and offered us some olive oil that was delicious. He provided plenty of tips and suggestions for our stay. This is definitely a place to come back.

Ωραιος χωρος, industrial style. Πολυ λειτουργικη η καθε γωνια του!!Ομορφη βεραντα. Κρεβατι με πολυ ωραιο στρωμα .Οι πετσετες μοσχοβολαγαν!!!Ειχε παντοφλες μιας χρησεως!!Εχει κ κουβερτουλα για χουχουλιασμα στον καναπε..σαν στο σπιτι μας...Αα κ πιστολακι επαγγελματικο κ καθρεφτη χειρος , βασικα γυναικεια αξεσουαρ!! Η διαμονη ηταν υπεροχη, χωρις καμια οχληση, ησυχα,βολικα, ζεστα, δυο βηματα απο την παραλια!

Hôte très agréable, accueillant et à l’écoute. Logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Je recommande.

Επισκεφτήκαμε τις Κιτριές στις φετινές μας διακοπές και επιλέξαμε το "Kitries Summer Getaway - Eden Garden Suites" .Η εμπειρία ήταν εξαιρετική σε όλα τα επίπεδα.Ο κήπος πανέμορφος, καταπράσινος και με όμορφα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για barbecue .Η ωραία εσωτερική διακόσμηση και η καθαριότητα μας εντυπωσίασε όλους.Τα πάντα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και ολοκαίνουρια.Στρώματα Α ποιότητας,σεντόνια και πετσέτες όλα καινούρια και διπλά.Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και με κεράσματα που δείχνουν την φιλοξενία των ιδιοκτητών.Επίσης η καλή τους διάθεση,και οι εγκάρδιες ευχές τους για την διαμονή μας,δημιούργησαν ενα θετικό καλωσόρισμα .Οι άνθρωποι ξέρουν και προσφέρουν,υπηρεσίες υψηλού επιπέδου. 10 σε όλα!

Petit appartement en rez de chaussée, très simple ; correspond bien aux photos. Le nécessaire est disponible pour y séjourner (manque peut être une cafetière ;) ). Très propre. Extérieur partagé mais agréable. La pièce principale qui fait office de chambre est climatisée (mais pièce relativement fraîche même sans clim malgré la chaleur extérieure). (Pas de rideaux à la porte d'entrée vitrée donc la lumière du jour vous réveille tôt mais ça permet de profiter plus longtemps des journées !) Proche du centre ville et de la plage. Secteur calme. Communication très fluide, hôtes très agréables. A 40 min de Pounda (port pour Elafonissos) et 35 min du Monemvasia, donc emplacement parfait pour sillonner les environs. Merci pour ce court séjour ! :)

πεντακαθαρο και πανέμορφο σπίτι ,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες , υπήρχε ηρεμία και ησυχία , ο κήπος πανέμορφος και περιποιημένος επίσης πάρκινγκ ιδιωτικό ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοτατοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή μας όταν ξαναπάμε στην Φοινικούντα

What a gorgeous place! Our host Panagiotis was very helpful and kind. We absolutely loved the room and town. Book it! You won’t regret it. Free beaches across the street and a wonderful town with nice people and close to many things to do including Monemvasia. We even saw two shooting stars! The stars are incredible at night. The views are gorgeous from the room. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved it.
