The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.

The Gipfelglück flats are located in the centre of Kirchberg in Tirol, a charming mountain village in the Kitzbühel Alps. Chalet Katharina is located directly on the snow-covered Pengelstein valley run to the Pengelstein I gondola lift. The slope runs just a few meters past the chalet, and the access and exit to the slope are groomed daily, allowing for easy ski-in and ski-out in winter.
