We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Kleine Holzhütte am Wiesenrand mit Bergblick

Einfaches, kleines Holzhaus in Fischbachau, an einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Straße gelegen. Freier Blick auf Kuhwiese und Berge, Wanderwege beginnen gleich hinter dem Haus. Fischbachau bietet neben wunderschönen Wandermöglichkeiten ein Warmfreibad, Tennisplätze und Minigolfanlage sowie die Wallfahrtskapelle Birkenstein. Das berühmte Café Winklstüberl ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten über den Panorama-Wanderweg erreichbar. Schliersee und Spitzingsee sind nur einige Autominuten entfernt.

Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It offers you a cosy living area, bedroom with walk-in-closet, bathroom with separate toilet and a balcony. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer >> Splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Bichlhütte

Diese urige Almhütte liegt auf einer kleinen Lichtung mitten im Wald in Alleinlage. Die Hütte bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen und ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist fließend Wasser und auch Warmwasser vorhanden. Es gibt Strom auf der Hütte der durch eine PV-Anlage erzeugt und gespeichert wird. (hier muss sparsam mit der vorhandenen Energie umgegangen werden) Wer eine abenteuerliche und naturverbundene Unterkunft sucht wird hier seine Freude haben.

Our cozy holiday apartment offers you a wonderful view of the mountains - especially the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment is quietly located and is divided into a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, two cozy bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

cosy flat with view to the "Skiwelt Hartkaiser". The bright flat is located on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, livingroom with small kitchen, bath with bathtup and a balcony. Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.

Cozy 2-room apartment (58 sqm)

The apartment is in a generally quiet location (depending on the time of day, it is possible to hear the noise from the street), 3rd floor without lift, with a large balcony on the edge of an industrial area. Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.
