下記の予約出来ない人10項目の宿主のストレスになる人は予約出来ません。残り少ない人生は集客よりストレスフリー。宿はBBQが人気の最大8名様まで1日1組限定。送迎は要相談。基本的に5人家族が使っていた家で大人数は不向き。トイレも中に1つ、外の離れに1つ（隣の宿と共用）で大人数の場合は朝はトイレ渋滞。風呂は薪風呂なので基本的に近くの温泉を利用を（外風呂は冬は氷点下となります）古民家のボロい家と認識できる人のみ予約可能 予約出来ない人 ①年末年始・GW・お盆・シルバー他連休のハイシーズン予約をキャンセルしたり、連泊予約後に連泊を短縮する人 ②10代20代だけの日本人。ルール無視な人達だから ③到着時間等連絡ない人 ④内風呂が無い、トイレが足りない、キッチンが狭い、汚い等口コミしがちな人（シャワーは外の離れにあります） ⑤歯ブラシすら置いてないとか苦情を言われる人（アメニティはタオル、シャンプー、ボディソープ程度） ⑥ごみの分別が出来ない人 ⑦食器を元通り戻さない人 ⑧綺麗さを保てず物品を壊したり持ち去り退出される人 ⑨節電が出来ない人 ⑩うるさい人やBBQは21時までの時間厳守出来ない人
