Come stay in my brand new furnished completely fenced in 2 bed, 2 bath house. The place is just a 3-minute drive from downtown Knoxville and is conveniently close to all the best restaurants and shops downtown Knoxville has to offer! The location of the house also makes it an ideal home-base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijam’s natural center. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This is on individual bases.

The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two with fabulously tiled walk in showers and one with the original claw foot tub restored beautifully. Large and very functional kitchen with Five Star gas range, butcher block and marble counters. What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!

Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.
