Welcome to our little Haven in the heart of W. Knoxville! We invite you to be a guest at our homestead in the city. The house has been recently built. Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

Welcome to Glenwood Chic nestled in the historic Parkridge neighborhood, one exit from Downtown Knoxville and the Knoxville Zoo. Parkridge is a historic neighborhood from the late 1800's that contain unique architecture and design. This stay is less than 10 minutes from downtown, and if you walk across the street to Harby’s you can grab some of the best pizza in Knoxville!

Artsy getaway NEAR DOWNTOWN!

This adorable house built in 1910 has been redone for the perfect artsy getaway! You can ride an electric scooter back and forth from Downtown, or stay closer to home and check out breweries, coffeeshops, and local restaurants. We’ve left a list of all our favorite spots at the air bnb. Free yoga class on Sundays at 11 am at Ebony and Ivory brewery for any booking! NO PARTIES. NO PETS ALLOWED. We love animals, but unfortunately they are not allowed at the air bnb.

Knoxville Hobby House

Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.
