Appartement parfaitement situé en plein milieu de la rue piétonne - bar et restaurant a moins de 10m Ce duplex de 60m² (pour 4-5 personnes) est composé d'un grand séjour climatisé, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, de 2 chambres, d'une salle de bain et d'un balcon. Toutes les pieces ont une climatisation et ventilateur! Je fournis 15kW d'électricité par jour (suffisant). Tout dépassement sera facturé 20THB par kW supplémentaire.
