Trevlig lägenhet i souterrängvilla med närhet till Kungsbacka centrum som har bra förbindelser till bl.a. Göteborg och Varberg. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt villaområde med ca 3,5km till havet. Lägenheten består av 2 rum och kök. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa för 2. Köket har spis/ugn samt micro. Det finns också kaffebryggare samt vattenkokare och husgeråd (bestick,glas mm). Det finns även garderober. Gungor och lekstuga för barn finns på tomten. Parkering på gata.

Känn dig som hemma i en självgående liten stuga på min tomt, separat från boningshus. - 500m från Badplats - 3km från Kattegattsleden - Kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffepress, koppar, tallrikar och bestick. Notera att lilla stugan är självgående utan tillgång till fastigheten. Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
