The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v mirnem in prijetnem okolju. Pred njo je prostorna terasa. Ima veliko predsobo, dve spalnici, dve kopalnici, jedilnico s kuhinjo ter manjšo sobo s TV, ki tudi lahko služi kot spalnica. V kuhinji je štedilnik, hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom in mikrovalovna pečica. Na voljo je brezplačna Wi-Fi povezava. V kopalnici je na voljo pralni stroj, pa tudi likalnik. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče, z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja.

We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find. Private parking space at the side of the house is provided and you can enjoy relaxing in the vast garden and outdoor terrace. Belakapa is a proud owner of an eco label Green Key. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
