Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Freuen Sie sich auf Ihr eigenes im Jahr 2022 neu gebautes Bad um einen stressigen Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Es ist alles zur Selbstversorgung vorhanden.Waschmaschine und Trockner können gegen eine geringe Gebühr mitbenutzt werden. Aus persönlichen Gründen vermiete ich die Wohnung nur an weibliche Gäste und Paare. Im Ausnahmefall gegen Aufpreis mehr als 2 Personen möglich. Buchungen nur mit Ausweis verifizert möglich.

Hübsche 2 Zimmerwohnung

Es handelt sich um eine ganze Wohnung in der ersten Etage in einem Einfamilienhaus. Kommunikation findet nur über airbnb statt. Eine Beherbergungsgebühr in Höhe von 3€ müssen seit dem 1.1.2025 an die Stadt Kaarst abgeführt werden. Für Kinder unter 12 Jahren ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zwei Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Für zusätzliche Handtücher und Bettwäsche erheben wir eine Nutzungspauschale von 5,00 € pro Person.

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door.
