Με απόσταση 3χμ από το κέντρο του νησιού και 2xμ από τη νότια πλευρά του, το Παλιό Λιμάνι με τα εστιατόρια και τη νυχτερινή ζωή, καθιστά τα διαμερίσματα Κουζουνός ιδανική τοποθεσία για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. Με θέα την παραλία Κουζουνός με τα σμαραγδένια νερά μόλις 40μέτρα άμεσα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Αναπνεύστε.. Σπέτσες!

Character Villa with Private Garden and Pool

Perfect for couples or families with older children looking for a quiet and romantic stay. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Close to super market/bus terminal/ bakery. Fully equiped (comfortable orthopedic mattresses, kitchenette/personal care products/wi-fi, A/C), with ample veranda, atrium for dining. (It is forbitten for visitors to enter during quiet hours!)
