Penthouse Mainzer Innenstadt

Unser Penthouse (ca. 150 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen. Leider ist im Moment in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Deshalb manchmal etwas lauter.

My apartment is near Frankfurt Airport (25 min.), 20 to the exhibition center and good connection to the city with its range of art and culture. You will love the apartment because of the cozy and modern atmosphere, location in nature, private seclusion. The Frankfurt fair and city center can be reached by car in 25 minutes. A bus stop is right across the street from where a bus takes you to the railway station Bad Homburg. From there you can take a train to Frankfurt. This newly renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchen area and a bathroom. The recreational area "Kirdorfer Feld", a supermarket, a bakery and restaurants are nearby. Bad Homburg offers a thermal bath, a pedestrian zone (Louisenstrasse) and the spa park.

Der mittelalterliche Markplatz mit seinen historischen Fachwerkhäusern gehört zu den schönsten in Deutschland. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang mit Videotürsprechanlage. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof befindet sich 3 Fussgängerminuten entfernt.
