La maison de vacances « Lichtberg 2 » est la plus petite des deux maisons bio voisines (voir aussi «Lichtberg 1»). Elle est magnifiquement située dans le jardin et au bord du champ, tout en étant proche de la ville (à 10 minutes) et a été rénovée de manière optimale du point de vue de la biologie de la construction avec des matériaux de haute qualité. Une belle maison pour 2 ou 3 personnes qui aiment se promener, méditer ou tout simplement profiter d'un cadre sain. Parking avec mur électrique.

BelEtage Eifel - Kamin, Weitblick, Ruhe

*Unsere Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines ehemaligen Bauernhofs in dem beschaulichen Eifeldorf Anschau in der Nähe von Monreal. Die Lage am Ortsrand bietet Ruhe und einen phantastischen Weitblick. Sie ist ideal für Familien oder Wanderer. In 100m Entfernung beginnt ein wunderschöner Buchenwald. Viele schöne Wanderwege und der Elztalradweg sind auch schnell erreicht: z.B. der Monrealer Ritterschlag oder der Hochbermeler... Mayen, der Nürburgring, die Mosel, die Maare sind schnell erreicht.

Wir bieten hier unser "Häuschen" an! Es befindet sich direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus und ist Teil eines alten Mühlhofes mitten im Wald! Zum nächsten Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich hierbei um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden!

Kleines zweistöckiges Ferienhäuschen. Im Erdgeschoss Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Über eine Aussentreppe ist die Wohnung im ersten Stock zu erreichen. Sie ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohn- Essbereich mit kleiner Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit großzügiger Dusche. Zum Schlafen begibt man sich über die Innentreppe auf eine offene Empore, wo ein 1,60 m breites Bett auf Sie wartet. Falls Sie mit vier Personen kommen, kann die Couch noch zu einem vollwertigen Doppelbett ausgeklappt werden.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities.
