Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Moritz’s house was wonderful. It was exactly what we needed for a family vacation to Munich. A short walk to the S Bahn station in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. He was extremely responsive and accommodating to any needs or requests we had. The house was lovely and just as described on the listing. We had a great time.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Steffi ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Person. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Danke Steffi für deine Gastfreundlichkeit!

Unsere Zeit in Waltersberg bei Georg und seiner Frau war unglaublich schön. Der ehemalige Kälberstall ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und hochwertig umgebaut worden, der Garten ist einfach entzückend und der Blick über die Wiesen in die Berge unbezahlbar. Georg und seine Frau sind die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Man wird bei Nacht und Nebel auf der Dorfstraße in Empfang genommen, damit man nicht lange nach dem Haus suchen muss und bei der Abreise mit Gastgeschenk bis zum Auto gebracht und herzlichst verabschiedet. Dazwischen liegen Tage, in denen Georg immer mal wieder dezent seine Hilfe, Rat und Ausflugstipps anbietet, man aber ansonsten völlig ungestört ist.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Arno in St. Johann! Check-in und Kommunikation waren total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und genau wie geschrieben. Arno hat uns gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Meine Freundin und ich waren über die Ostertage im Alpenloft von Dennis zu besuch. Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Unsere Anreise nach Ramsau lief nicht ganz wie geplant, sodass unsere Ankunftszeit von der geplanten abwich. Hier hat Dennis super reagiert und konnte kurzfrustig einen reibungslosen check-in für uns ermöglichen :) Wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen!

Harald hat sich als ausgezeichneter Gastgeber erwiesen, der uns vorab proaktiv mit allen relevanten Informationen und Empfehlungen versorgt hat. Auch während des Aufenthalts war die Kommunikation exzellent. Das Haus entspricht 1:1 den Bildern sowie Beschreibungen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung (insbes. Kaisertal) bietet tolle Möglichkeiten für kleinere und größere Touren. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Alles bestens, und den Erwartungen gemäß. Wir hatten schöne Ostern am Walchensee. allerdings sollte man mit dem Geräusch,der vorbeifahrenden Autos,WoMos und 🛵 klarkommen,ein lauschiges "Auf dem Balkon sitzen" erinnert eher an die Geräuschkulisse südländischer Straßencafés :) Der Weg zum Bädle und der Saunakabine ist etwas spooky und braucht seine Zeit. Nostalgie mit Patina pur. die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, da macht das Kochen Freude. Das Bad ist komfortabel und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. WLAN ist wie beschrieben sehr stabil,heutzutage Gold wert. Es gibt einige Wander/Spazierwege ab dem Haus,da kann das Auto mal ein paar Tage stehenbleiben. Auch das Parken war wie beschrieben gar kein Problem. Antje ist eine prima Gastgeberin.

Auf der Suche nach einer schönen Unterkunft in München für die Messe hatten wir das große Glück, auf dieses wunderbare Haus zu stoßen. Vor allem Katharina, ihr Mann und ihre Kinder sind extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und einfach wunderbare Menschen. Das Haus liegt 25 bis 30 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, was für uns genau die richtige Entfernung ist. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir diesen Ort gewählt haben und nicht irgendwo im Zentrum. Im Haus steht Ihnen alles zur Verfügung, was Sie brauchen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Märkte, die Sie bequem in nur fünf Minuten erreichen können. Wenn Sie eine wunderbare Zeit in der einzigartigen, friedlichen und ruhigen Atmosphäre eines Bauernhofs verbringen möchten, ist dies der perfekte Ort dafür. Wir hätten wirklich sehr gerne länger geblieben, aber wenn wir wieder nach München kommen, wissen wir, wo wir wohnen wollen. Wir danken Ihnen von Herzen für alles. Liebe Grüße

Kurz: ein sehr ruhiges, schönes Apartment mit liebevollen Extras und Gartenzugang, sehr guter Küchenausstattung, sehr freundlicher und humorvoller Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die mir quasi die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen hat, ein sehr bequemes Bett und nur ein paar Minuten zum See und zu Schiffsanlegestelle in Gstadt, wo man super zu Frauen- und Herreninsel und nach Prien kommt. We feel so welcome by the host! The house is amazing and we love the thick blanket and comfy bed! The mountain views are so beautiful! After parking, we will carry luggages down the staircase. Not recommended for big luggages but only 1 level for the lodging. The living room is so comfortable with a nice TV to chill!

Ev tam ilanda bahsedildiği gibi. Sakin ve temiz muhitte yer alıyor oldukça sessiz bir çevresi var. Evin balkonundan olağanüstü bir yeşillik manzarası var. Kuşların sesi eşliğinde balkonda kahve ile güne başlamak inanılmaz. Almanya havası soğuk ve sert sadece :)

Great host. The stay was really wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. And very importantly the host was very friendly and provided all necessities, including for the babies and extra matresses. The most inportantly, Claudia and her husband provided very nice local recommendations and travel suggestions which were really great. Also their stay is at a great location. Highly recommended and would be glad to visit again.

Christina is a great host and very responsive and helpful with any needs! The apartment is at a great location close to the public transportation with quick commutes anywhere.

We had a wonderful stay in Freilassing. The appartement was as described and had some nice features such as a space to work with an extra monitor and a private garden where we could sit outside. The location is perfect for a visit to Berchtesgaden or Salzburg.

It's a true gem! We, a family of two parents, a baby and a four-year-old, stayed there for a couple of months during late winter/spring as I was a guest researcher in Innsbruck. We are so happy that we opted for this, rather than a small apartment in Innsbruck. In the beginning we enjoyed the proximity of Seefeld's ski resort and also did a couple of trips to bigger ski resorts in the Innsbruck area. When it got warmer, the whole family loved spending afternoons in the patio with its marvelous view of the valley. Multiple options for hikes nearby. Several food stores a few minutes away by car. Innsbruck can be reached by train along a breathtaking railway along the mountainside. The house is equipped with what you need for a short or longer stay. Spacious bathroom. Several options for dividing rooms with curtains make the space very flexible, so we could also house visitors during our stay. Vero, Chris and their children are super friendly, easy-going and helpful. We hope to come back!
