Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

The Chef’s Shed - a farm stay

Situated in "cool country" Trentham, the Chef’s Shed was originally built in 1860, and has been lovingly transformed into a cosy, spacious and unique place to stay. It has quirky living spaces, including a loft, and wide, stunning views over the land around, even from the private sauna which can be used for a modest fee. From here you can explore the region. We are surrounded by nature, and a few minutes from The Falls and historic Trentham with cafes, pubs, walking tracks and a lot of history.

There you will find world class art, crafts, antiques, cafe's and wine bars. Once you've ventured out, kick back next to an inviting gas log fire or split system aircon. Choose a movie with Netflix on the 55 inch LG, or sip wine and chomp cheese, in the secluded backyard oasis. For those who need to keep working we have a desk and comfortable office chair.

School House No. 1083 Kyneton

School House was built in Lauriston in the 1860's and was later transported to central Kyneton. Honouring the original character and charm, it has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by your own private garden, veranda, BBQ and entertainment area. School House has private entry. Studio-style with one large room consisting of a queen bed, single sofa-bed, lounge and modern kitchen and bathroom. School House has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Set on an historic one-of-a-kind 1000 acre property in the Macedon Ranges, this charming cottage will provide the ultimate escape. The cottage is away from the workings of the day to day farm, with its own garden, so there is a feeling of privacy. The gorgeous setting lends itself to enjoying a morning coffee or dining alfesco while taking in the beautiful landscape.

House is freestanding on a sizeable 1.5 acre property. The owners residence is on the same block of land facing perpendicular to this property (see photos for further clarification). Closeby to the main street of Kyneton which features the historic Piper St hub and local attractions.

A quiet place overlooking the Malmsbury countryside. This area is surrounded by wineries and small country towns that hold markets most weekends. We are just a short walk from Malmsbury Railway Station. This region hosts Castlemaine Art Festival, Harcourt Apple Fest . Great restaurants, cafes in nearby historic Piper St Kyneton and Malmsbury farmers market. This is an area not to be missed located 55 minutes from Melbourne and just 25 minutes to Daylesford.

Set in the peaceful bushland of Fryerstown, Fryers hut is only 10 minutes from Castlemaine, 30 minutes from Daylesford and 5 minutes from Vaughan Springs. Excellent walking and mountain bike riding are at your doorstep or just relax at the hut and enjoy the garden, pool and sauna.
