Ruhige Lage, top Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Antonello ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, was z. B. die Restaurants in der Nähe betrifft. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment gerne weiter, wir haben da unvergessliche Tage verbracht. Alles top!

Cécilia propose un trés bel appartement confortable, magnifiquement décoré avec une belle vue sur la mer. La grande terrasse qui longe tout l'appartement permet de profiter du soleil à chaque moment de la journée. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le papa de Cécilia. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée ont été très appréciées. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Piękny apartament i świetna baza wypadowa! Ogromnym atutem mieszkania był widok z dachu na morze i okolicę, a także klimatyzacja, niedaleka odległość do plaż, morza i sklepu. W pobliżu były także dostępne darmowe parkingi. Duke i Luigi są świetnymi i pozytywnymi ludźmi, dostaliśmy od nich bardzo dobre rekomendacje oraz zostaliśmy miło ugoszczeni :) Bardzo polecam i pozdrawiam Duke i Luigi :)

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

Wir verbrachten zu dritt eine sehr schöne Woche in San Teodoro in Elenas Appartement. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, Betten waren bequem, süße Terasse mit kleinen Garten. Lage sowieso perfekt. Alles schnell zu erreichen, trotzdem ganz ruhig.(Waren allerdings auch in der Nachsaison dort) Kontakt mit Elena schnell und komplikationslos.

Luca et Elena ont été des hôtes parfaits, ils se sont rendus disponibles, se sont assurés que nous ne manquions de rien. Les indications fournies pour accéder au logement étaient claires et concises et nous avons pu trouver sans difficulté. Elena est très chaleureuse et réactive lorsque vous la sollicitez, elle nous a envoyé dès le premier jour des informations précieuses sur les restaurants, activités, lieux proches de la maison. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, on voit qu'il a été modernisé (déco/peinture) tout en conservant le côté typique des petites maisons de bord de plage. La vue depuis la terrasse sur le port de plaisance est très agréable et la plage qui se trouve à 1 min parfaite pour les lever/coucher de soleil, l'une des plus belles plages de Sardaigne (La Cinta) à 10 min en voiture. Il y a des petits commerces accessibles à pied à 2/3 min sur le port. C'est un vrai coup de coeur, je ne peux que les recommander :)

Stefano è stato super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli in fatto di spiagge e ristoranti. Accoglienza perfetta e disponibilità continua. Un vero punto di riferimento. Casa accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Consigliatissima.

Le logement était magnifique dans un cadre idyllique. Sans voiture sur place, je me suis parfaitement débrouillée avec les bus autour du logement (le 1 pour le centre et le 514 pour les plages). Je recommande fortement !

Wir waren mit der Kommunikation und mit der Sauberkeit und der hochwertigen Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden! Der Blick in den Hafen hat Flair und ist spannend. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht so gefallen. Maria Maddalena ist sehr herzlich!

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten, hat Paola sofort reagiert und alles blitzschnell veranlasst! Obwohl der Pool erst Anfang April befüllt wird, hat Paola dafür gesorgt, dass wir ihn schon im März zur Verfügung hatten. Der Strand und der davor liegende Pinienwald sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! :-)

Alessio war beim Check-In und Check-Out sehr flexibel. Er hat uns alles im Haus erklärt und zusätzliche Infos per Mail geschickt. Er war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar Gewürze, Öl, Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee … ein schönes Willkommenspaket. Die Räume sind groß und auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Morgen frühstücken. Wir bekamen Handtücher und Strandhandtücher für jeden Gast. Der Strand ist in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen und sehr schön. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Budoni, es dauert nur ca 10 Minuten. Man benötigt dringend ein Auto. Das Haus ist sehr gut an die Schnellstraße angebunden und liegt sehr praktisch um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Leider gab es viele Mücken. Es gibt keine Mückengitter aber jedes Bett hat ein Moskitonetz, dass einen nachts schützt. In den beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es Klimaanlagen, aber Lüften war ohne Gitter an den Fenstern nicht möglich. Wir hatten wunderbare 4 Tage!!

Wunderschöner Ausblick mit tollem Garten. Die Strände waren schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Martina war immer super freundlich und hat sofort geantwortet, egal welches Anliegen man hatte. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da, was man brauchte! Tolle Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, super Pool! Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man nicht aufs Auto angewiesen ist. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich!

Miejsce z urzekającym widokiem na morze i pobliską wyspę. Można cały urlop spędzić na tym tarasie. Prywatny ogród. W pobliżu kilka plaż należących do ośrodka, ciepła woda, piasek, część dna z kamieniami. Doskonałe miejsce dla rodziny 2+2 lub 2+3. Przyda się auto lub ochota na spacery w pięknej okolicy - sklepy i pobliski port oddalony jest o ok. 1,5 km. Gospodyni niezwykle pomocna. Przyjechaliśmy na kilka dni na stacjonarny odpoczynek i zaskoczył nas brak sklepu w bezpośrednim otoczeniu. Maria Rosa zaproponowała, że podwiezie nas do sklepu i poczeka aż zrobimy zakupy na kilka dni. Dzięki temu resztę pobytu mogliśmy spędzić na beztroskim odpoczynku.

Lovely place, we particularly loved the front garden to sit outside. Air conditioning in both bedrooms are blessing especially after a hot summer day spent on the beach. The local beach, La Cinta is the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! The apartment is functional and well equipped with everything you need. Illaria is a lovely host, very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back again.

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Alloggio molto comodo e tranquillo in una posizione ideale e strategico. L'appartamento era pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Host estremamente ospitali e disponibili. Consigliato per una vacanza.

We have a lovely week in Budoni. Graziella is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with parking my car in my space as it was big and she offered to swap to an easier place. She got us some fresh figs from the garden :) the location is good, right next to all amenities , night market, icecream shop! The beach is a bit far by foot with children (15 minutes), but is only a few minutes in a car . Parking is cheap at budoni beach £3/day. The house itself is very well equipped and cosy. Everything you need !! Two air-con units one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Nice shaded patio with chairs and tables . Host always available and discreet. I recommend ++++

На фото этого не видно, но это двухэтажные апартаменты: - на первом этаже кухня, душевая, гостиная с диваном и телевизором и выходом на террасу - на втором этаже две спальни с ванной В квартире было все необходимое. Около апартаментов есть бесплатная паковка на улице. Очень удобное расположение - рядом все большие супермаркеты и Ольбия также недалеко. Интернет нормальный, лучше чем в среднем по Сардинии. Но иногда приходилось раздавать с мобильного интернета. Единственное, кровать слегка короткая - с ростом 176+ см ноги свисают. А так отличая квартира и отзывчивый хост. Полностью рекомендую.

Wir wurden herzlich und persönlich von unserer Gastgeberin empfangen. Alles war sehr nett hergerichtet, sodass wir uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die moderne farbenfrohe Einrichtung macht gute Laune. Eine wunderbare große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir bekamen gute Tips, was man in der Umgebung machen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Esperienza perfetta! L'appartamento spazioso, pulito, vicino a tantissimi servizi, e vicino a tutte le zone di nostro interesse. Niente da dire.. siamo stati benissimo. Ci è sembrato davvero di essere a casa!
