Très bien situé dans les hauteurs du village Costa Caddu à San Teodoro, vous pouvez vous y rendre en voiture en moins de 20 minutes depuis l'aéroport d'Olbia. La maison se trouve à 5 minutes de la plage Isuledda, à 15 min. de la Cinta, et à 7 min. du centre ville de San Teodoro où se trouvent restaurants, magasins et boutiques.
