Die Wohnung befindet sich in unserem Haus, in dem wir auch leben. Man gelangt durch einen seperaten Eingang in die Wohnung. Wir befinden uns in einer ruhigen Siedlung und haben alles was man braucht und kann dies auch zu Fuß erreichen. BMW Haltestelle sowie die öffentliche Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss, mit Tageslicht Fenster. Es sind drei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Buchung nur fürmindestens 2 Personen

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Das Appartement hat einen eigenen Eingang. Über den Treppenabgang kommt man ins Souterrain mit Vorraum und Garderobe. Im ersten Raum befindet sich die Wohnküche mit Sitzcouch und Tisch, Küchenzeile und TV. Durch einen offenen Durchgang kommt man in das Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, Bett 1,40 cm breit und Schreibtisch. Im Anschluss befindet sich die Schiebetür zur Dusche mit WC.
