Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Rudy's Apartment Valdibora is a beautiful, light, spacious apartment in a building that is a real rarity in Rovinj. It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
