Naturnahes Leben und Erholen – direkt am Nationalpark Eifel. Das Tinyhouse liegt oberhalb des Rursees. Wanderwege liegen direkt vorm Haus. Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Appartement cosy tout confort pour deux personnes situé à Ovifat, à la lisière des Hautes Fagnes, au sommet de la Belgique, à proximité de Malmedy, de Robertville et son lac, Spa, Montjoie ou Francorchamps. Un vaste éventail d'activités culturelles et sportives en plein air vous y attend et vous permettra de découvrir les facettes de nos paysages bucoliques, nos forêts, vertes prairies et nos Hautes Fagnes ! Vous pourrez également vous régaler de notre gastronomie locale et traditionnelle.

Unsere geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Umgeben von schöner Natur, Tieren, Weite und Ruhe, möchte man hier gar nicht mehr weg. Ideal zum entdecken des Dreiländerecks, des hohen Venns, der Gileppe, Maastricht, Monschau, Aachen und vielem mehr! Oder einfach nur die Ruhe im "Le Marzelheide" genießen, auf der Terrasse, im Garten, bei den Tieren oder auf einem der vielen schönen Wanderwegen in der Nähe. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The cottage is hidden from sights, located nearby the wonderful Ninglinspo in the Amblève Valley, ensuring many hiking trails nearby and a wonderful environment in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes!

Das Studio liegt mitten in der Natur und doch sind die schönen Euregio-Städte per PKW in +/- 30 min erreichbar: Lüttich, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Der Eupener Bahnhof lädt ein zu einer Direktfahrt nach Lüttich (Liège), Brüssel, Ostende oder Brügge ...

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Le centre-ville est accessible à pied, la réserve naturelle des Hautes Fagnes est à 20 minutes en voiture et le circuit de Spa Francorchamps à 35 minutes en voiture. Le parking et l'arrêt de bus se trouvent directement devant la maison et l'accès à l'autoroute est à 5 minutes en voiture.
