It's one mile to town and the ferry (5 min drive/20 min walk with sidewalks). Cottage features vaulted ceilings, sitting room with kitchenette that includes coffee + tea station, mini fridge and microwave. Includes beach towels, toiletries, hairdryer & iron. Queen bed, AC, bath with tub & shower.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space with a wrap around farmers porch, the proximity to the ferry, walking distance to neighborhood beach, less than 2 miles from ferry, screened in porch, central a/c, hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Real Cape Cod feel with modern amenities. Most of my guest come back year after year!

Lovely farmers porch with adirondack chairs and table. Very private. Off street parking. No dogs or any pets of any kind, . Please only 2 people. Children are people!
