We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

The home was very beautiful and clean. We loved our stay. A few hiccups with the water going out and the brand new downstairs tv was not working, but Ricky was very responsive and quickly got things fixed and replaced. Took a few hours for the water to get back on, but it was great after that. We really appreciate Ricky getting us in at the last minute. He really was accomodating and attentive. Thank you so much.

Great setup for a big group! Spacious living room, amenities as described, and in a great location in Isla Verde. Mauricio & Melba were very helpful throughout. Would stay here again if we come back!

This was our second stay at Emilio’s and it was just as great as the first. The place is spotless and after a long day running around the AC is fantastic. Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.

Our first trip to Puerto Rico was a 10/10. Marcos 100% made our trip worthwhile from helping us find a new local bakery after we missed our pick-up time & helping us plan a new itinerary for the missed portion of our trip due to multiple Delta Airline delays. About the Airbnb- Marcos’ cozy 1bd Loft is nestled between the beach & a popular restaurant/bar alley area of San Juan. It took us four minutes to get to restaurant/ bars & six to walk to the beach. Our Airbnb was clean, comfortable and literally supplied everything we needed. The A/C was ice cold & we were greeted to 90’s pop music upon our arrival! The colorful mood lighting was inviting and set the tone for exploring San Juan! Marcos is the best host we’ve ever had! Please respect the island and the people that call Puerto Rico home. We have stayed at the Casitas before (in a different unit) and love the location. Lots to do from beaches, rain forest, boat trips or just lounging at the gorgeous pools. The place is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Our two complaints were that it could get quite noisy as the balconies faced the road with golf carts going back and forth and we did lose power (no fault of the unit owner) and there is no back-up generator. We still had an amazing time, and in-truth was better without electronics!

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

Beautiful, roomy, second floor condo in a gated community in Dorado. The unit itself was great. Plenty of room for our family of four (our kids had their own bedrooms) and a comfy living space for evening hangouts. As the description says, the condo is a very short walk to a very serene beach. There are pools on site, plus a gym, pool table, and foosball which our teens really enjoyed--also a short walk from the condo. The only slight drawback for us was that there are no restaurants within walking distance (there is a Hyatt directly next to it but only "members" can eat there) so if that's important to you (as it is to us) your dining options are very limited. That being said, we were happy to pop by the supermarket about 10 minutes away and stock up on food for our stay so we could eat in at night.

Ocean Casa has one of the most gorgeous views you’ll ever experience! I could sit out on the veranda every day and take in the natural beauty of the ocean, smaller islands and the lovely town of Las Croabas. The house was comfortable and modern, and the pool was fabulous! Yadira was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at La Casona for my birthday. The property, views and setting are astoundingly beautiful and exceeded our expectations; truly better than any photo could capture. Even better was that the views extend from every angle, there were no bad views. The home is stunning and well maintained. The rooms were all clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We embraced open air living and enjoyed the doors wide open on both floors the entire visit. The mini-split air conditioner was fantastic, strong and fast to cool down the bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. The property was beautifully maintained and the wildlife (lizards, coquis, roosters and neighborhood cats) added to our experience; we felt so immersed in the beautiful nature of the tropics. There’s a convenient grocery store and Walgreens about 5 minutes away, and after food shopping we chose not to leave the property much at all! Truly an enchanting property and great hosts!

Jose goes above and beyond for his house guests. Great communication between guests and host, messages were answered at times within minutes. The property is just as described and location is beautiful. No worries on power outages the property has a back-up generator and is solar powered! Just as mentioned it is best to use the coordinates Jose provides. Clear and easy instructions to all amenities on the property. He provided daily recommendations of activities. One day his co-host Norimar even stopped by with pastries and cute cookies for our children to paint! Thank you both so much for being great hosts. Now for the house ! This was a perfect location for a large group. We had 10 guests and we all were comfortable. The house has beautiful details. Just enough things to make home cooked meals and feel at home. The pool is PERFECT for kids, large pad to sit in the water. Pool toys & beach chairs available. I could go on and on! Thank you so much Jose; this trip was a huge success!

Leticia’s beautiful home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very comfortable for a family of 5, ages children to grandparent. We had more room and beds than we needed. I was impressed with her cleaning crew’s attention to detail, even on the outside spaces. The 2nd floor patio was excellent for morning coffee. Leticia’s communication was helpful and spot on with her recommendations for restaurants and activities. The waterfall at Gozalandia was a perfect day. The grounds and pool are well taken care of. This is no doubt one of the best rentals I’ve even been to.

Our goal was to find an upscale house that was quiet and outside the bustle of San Juan but close enough for occasional visits. Villa Maxine was exactly what we were hoping for. Charlotte's superb home is propped on the top of a large hill providing expansive views and privacy. The rooms are spacious with the living or great room being the center of activity and relaxation. The highlight, however, is the outdoor space. The decks around the gorgeous, clean and refreshing pool provide multiple choices for relaxing, sunbathing or eating. Trips to Old San Juan are a short 25 minutes and a rental car is a must. Communication with Charlotte and associates was immediate and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Loved our stay! We were ten people - six adults and four kids, and the space was perfect for us. There is a tremendous amount of outdoor space with the pool and the upstairs hangout area (with pool table and dominos), so that the space is way bigger than just the inside of the house. We had a great time exploring the island. Fair warning, it is up in the mountains, so the 10-15 minutes of windy mountain road driving you add to every trip coming and going is a real thing, but there is enough stuff nearby (including a Wal-Mart) that it's not like you HAVE to go hours away to get your stuff. It was about 45 minutes to the airport. And, THAT VIEW, and the feeling of being in nature, totally makes up for the drive. Thanks again!

This was a nice stay. Peace & quiet. Everything looked like the pictures and was very relaxing. Carlos was available when needed and answered all of my questions.

We found the perfect place to stay. Fernando did a great job as a host. Always responsive and provided great instructions to make the experience seamless. The property is right next to a great beach area you can walk to. The pool is great. My family including kids had a lot of fun.

I love this place, i would definitely stay here again when i come back. it was a gated community so i felt very safe. we had our own rooms. privacy was respected. the hosts were amazing, very welcoming. recommended great places & were very helpful. cheerful and bright!

Fernando was the best host I’ve had so far on Airbnb. He was thorough from beginning to end. The instructions were very well explained step by step, and he even made a video and images to illustrate how to get in and around the property. Situated in a secluded gated community on the beach in the heart of San Juan. Very close to the airport and all the action of Old San Juan. Fernando was extremely accommodating to our needs, he allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our flight situation. The house doesn’t have a washer and dryer but they have one on the property that he will allow you to use if needed. It has a beautiful pool that is shared amongst the three homes on the property but we found ourselves alone every time we went which was nice. The house and all things on the property were nice and clean. Fernando was very attentive and responsive anytime I had a question or needed something. I would recommend this to anyone planning on staying in the area. 10/10!!

Joel was easy to communicate with. The condo was nice but just a little far from places we wanted to visit. All in all it was great.
