There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.

The Cozy Place is a one bedroom unit in a three unit building. We are just over two blocks from the center of downtown! It's close to shops and dining but in a quiet area. Remote controlled gas fireplace, full kitchen, king bed with memory foam mattress and a full bathroom. Sorry - No pets.
