Whether relaxing under the night sky in your private hot tub watching the bat display, cooking up a meal on the outside grill/inside stove or maybe simply sit and relax gazing at the ever changing coastal view. Deers, Badgers, foxes, bats, owls, hedgehogs, buzzards and red kites are a few of our lodgers. An ideal base to explore the Hidden Gem of the Lake District.

The Octagon, Wooden Chalet in Private 2 Acres.

The Octagon is set in 2.2 acres of beautiful private woodland. It is visually secluded, and all yours for your group to explore and enjoy. The land is surrounded by open fields and farm tracks yet you are 15 mins walk from all town centre amenities. Great for families and friends and as a retreat space. Please note there are 7 beds in the octagon, and the caravan is an extra with 2 beds. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

Claife View - Parking, Balcony, Central Bowness

Claife View is found hidden in the middle of beautiful Bowness-on-Windermere with only minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, and Lake Windermere. This apartment is on the second floor, with a balcony looking out to the fells in the distance. There is ample shared parking in a private car park. It is within easy reach of the world-famous Beatrix Potter Museum and all the pubs that can be found in Bowness. An extra hundred meters, and you will find yourself on the shore of Lake Windermere.

Chapel View

All electric stone cottage with two double bedrooms, ideal for walkers and cyclists. On the C2C and Pennine Way, a quarter of a mile from Garrigill with quaint village shop and Post Office and 3 miles from the small town of Alston, reputedly the highest market town in England. Alston has pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy as well as a heritage railway with a lovely cafe and plenty of walks. Parking for one car at the front, cosy for a large SUV. The front garden is currently a ‘work in progress’.

Berry Bottoms Cabin a hidden gem

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

Sleeps 4 wood burning Bath, sauna & Pendle Views

Discover the captivating retreat at Fearless Fox Lodge, perfectly situated farm just steps away from the serene Leeds and Liverpool Canal. sleeps 4 but you can request up to 8 (£35pp applies) as we can sort extra bedding for the sofa beds and chair beds etc. The cabin is opposite the ducks, chicken and goats and has a beautiful view of Pendle Hill which is worth the climb xx Features wood burning hot tub (no bubbles) but prefect!!! Also a sauna and a little welcome guest on arrival x

It is beautifully decorated, with quality furnishings and comfortable beds, and is very well equipped with everything you will need for a great stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, our two cabins are located on the northern edge of the Lake District NP with panoramic views to the North Lakes fells, the Solway coast and the Pennines. Situated on the edge of a traditional hay meadow facing the fells of High Pike and Carrock they nestle snuggly into their surroundings. The private hot tub, the peace and quiet and the amazing views are what makes this place so special and close to nature.

Our aim is to ensure you feel relaxed . If you have a hectic lifestyle and want to get away this is the place for you . We are in an extremely quiet location surrounded by beautiful countryside. The nut house is situated on a decked area at the bottom of a beautiful garden where you will find wood sculptures, many flowers, plants and wildlife. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool

Poppy Cottage on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

A quaint cottage on the outskirts of a town and links to major motorways. Ideally situated for exploring the nearby local town of Skipton or visit the famous Boundary Mill Stores. Poppy cottage has an abundance of original features including original flag floors and stone steps. There is a log burner to snuggle up in front of, after visiting the historical sights of Wycoller Country Park or maybe a walk and pub lunch at the local.

Graystock Lodge is a beautiful log cabin, offering modern and stylish facilities in a comfortable and relaxing countryside environment. **The hot tub is for your sole use**. We are a 15-20 min's drive to Blackpool, Lancaster and Preston with J33 M6 15 min's away. We are close to the coast and river Wyre, the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath.
