Great stay at this home. Extremely clean and had everything one could need. Peaceful backyard, and comfortable screened porch to relax in. Very relaxing home with lots of entertainment spaces - so would be ideal for a large group. Comfy bed, you could tell things were new. Liz is a fabulous host and answered my few questions promptly and checkin was extremely smooth. Tvs, WiFi worked like a charm. Would highly recommend if you are in the Fontana/Lake Geneva area. Don't hesitate to book!

Perfect place to stay for my son's graduation from the Navy Academy. Very flexible to the fact we extended our stay to spend more time with our Sailor.. Felt Right At Home!!! Thank you Jacqueline & Mark.. ;-)

Plenty of room to eat and hang out for bigger families. Great basement with games and toys for kids-adults. Well stocked for cooking at home. Comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms very convenient for groups.

The house was nice right by the beach and the area was great. The water was less swim able then desired but I believe it was due to the time of year.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home. We love the time we get to spend at the house, watching movies (they have so many great options via Roku and DVDs & VHS too!) or playing games (many options at the house too), or reading on the back porch which is so beautiful and peaceful. Tom was very quick to respond when we had a question about the fireplace. We highly recommend!!

This place was perfect for my husband, our ten year old and my mother and I. Plenty of space and privacy for my mother on second floor, and for us on the first floor. Everything was well designed- there was plenty of flexible and very comfortable seating in the living room and bedrooms for hanging out, and also around the dinner table. So much natural light, and free of clutter, yet it felt homey and like someone cared about their space, not just furnished as a rental business. The neighborhood was great for playing pass in the cul de sac, or across st at park and playground, and lovely for walking. Kitchen appliances were primo, and we found everything we needed. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Need to spend a night in the Racine/Kenosha area and stumbled upon this gem! There were four of us and our little dog and it was perfect. I think each of us said, “it’s too bad we’re not staying for another night!” The pictures don’t really do it justice but Mindy’s house is homey, comfortable, and spotless! The kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfy, and the backyard/river view is wonderful. Thank you Mindy!

This home was very cute and very comfortable. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home is well stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is super peaceful. Lake is just down the street with 2 small park areas with swings/play equipment for the kids. There are also 3 restaurants along the lake with one in walking distance. Downtown Lake Geneva is minutes away. We had a very nice and peaceful time.

Tyler’s place is a great place to stay. We cannot say enough good things about it. Location is just what you want. Highly recommend Tyler’s place!

We stayed for my husbands graduation and it was perfect. The only thing I would say is the stairs in this place is really steep so if you have issues with stairs just be cautious.

The place was clean, quiet, and safe. It is an amazing location if you are traveling to go out on trails and see nature. Our son left behind a book and the host offered to mail it to us! Very kind of him. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this flat. Everything was fresh & clean, you could smell the fresh paint. The neighborhood is quiet. Snow started falling once we’d checked in and a service was there immediately to clear the drive and sidewalks for us. Messages were responded to very quickly. The space is clean, comfy and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our weekend at the Chain O’ Lakes Beach Penthouse and would definitely recommend it! The lake view from the large upper deck was stunning—sunsets over the water were a real highlight. The space was clean, matched the listing, and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. There was even plenty of propane for the grill and fire table, which made hanging out in the evening really enjoyable. Even though the unit is above a beach bar, it wasn’t a problem. The music added a fun energy without being disruptive, and the vibe downstairs actually made the place feel lively in a good way. The neighborhood itself was quiet and welcoming, and even the neighbors were friendly. We appreciated the little touches like board and card games, and communication with the host was smooth—quick responses and easy check-in made everything simple. This place is great if you're looking for a relaxing lakeside getaway with a social atmosphere nearby. We'd happily stay again!

The host was very responsive and made check in a breeze! The unit was super clean and not far from the the downtown area. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Went here for a Navy graduation. The location was great! It was about 10 mins from the base as well as Lake michigan. Cozy inside

I had an amazing stay at John's property! From the moment I arrived, John was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions. The accommodations were even better than the pictures! The lakeside location was stunning, and I loved having access to the kayaks for some fun on the water. The updated bathroom was a nice touch, adding a modern feel to the cozy space. Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and I can’t recommend John's place enough. I can’t wait to come back!

Truly a gem near Lake Geneva. Plamena’s place was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to host our families. It was our first time vacationing again after having babies earlier this year and our toddler had a blast. She won’t stop talking about “her toys” at the airbnb. Plamena’s place is also a 5 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva which was very convenient. Our overall experience was great, Plamena is an amazing host and we look forward to staying with her again in the near future.

Abey was a very friendly host. She went above and beyond to communicate and check in. It was a birthday weekend for a few of us and she left a bottle of chilled champagne for us. It was so sweet. We had 10 adults stay and we had plenty of space to play games and sit around and catch up. We are a group that have been friends for 15+years and we just wanted to get together and hang out without our kids, and this was so peaceful for our murder mystery game! Thank you so much.

Great house with all the amenities for a wonderful family vacation. Enough room for 10 people to enjoy comfortably. Definitely would recommend!

Spent a vacation here with my family, everything was accurately described and easy to get in and had everything I needed. I recommend this location and housing for any get-aways.

Great condo that was in a beautiful setting. We went in the Fall and the property was very quiet. We saw turkeys and deer and enjoyed the view of the lake from the condo. Mars restaurant was a short walk away which was also nice.

This is a great space. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again.

Absolutely perfect place to host a large group. peaceful neighborhood and lots of space. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Hosts were kind and thoughtful during an emotional time for our family. Would highly recommend.
