Just renovated ground floor apartment, walking distance from The Battery with a separate entrance, living room, full size bedroom, full bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchen, reading area, a patio, and a backyard. We also have full blackout curtains, as well as a remote-controlled personal (de)humidifier/air conditioner to ensure the optimal sleeping experience for our guests. We are pet-friendly! An additional pet cleaning fee will be $50 per pet. Street parking available - the driveway belongs to the unit upstairs.
