The "Magnolia House" is a 1 bed small cottage in the quaint town of Mt Gilead in the Uwharrie Natl Forest region. While not waterfront, the property is centric to so much fun! Use as a base camp to boating, fishing, hiking/jeep/mountain bike trails & more! Perfect for a couple or small family, its small footprint is efficient w/a Queen bed, a full sleep sofa in the LR, and a toddler cot available. Pet (max 2) & trailer friendly circular drive. Vacation getaway on 20 acres. 1100 sqft wrap around covered porch overlooking a 3/4 acre private pond. The pond is well stocked with bass and brim for easy catching. Large fire pit with log benches between the house and pond. Great sound system! Guests are able to connect their device to the sound system and enjoy their music inside and out. The pond includes a paddle boat and there are life jackets in the barn. Downstairs has a fridge, pool table, dart board, & other games for our guests.
