Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport and only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids living their best life as we live next door

Space enough for kids run around with a fully fenced house, enjoy a BBQ, watch a movie, or relax reading a book. We share our place when we're away with family. If you have kids, you will find toys enough to they have fun. This house is special to us, we grow up our 3 kids here so I hope you can enjoy and respect our place.

Surrounded by golf courses, 200m from cycle trails to Queenstown, Gibbston Valley and Arthurs Point, 20 mins to Coronet Base, and 5 mins drive to world-class precint Aryburn - it's a top location. The kids can play on the tyre-swing and playhouse, run on the soccer pitch, get dirty in the sandpit & then wash it all off in the outside bath.

Downstairs you’ll find a large bunk room with a separate bathroom and additional separate toilet along with a kid’s media room.

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV.
