Guest House Monte Cassino Vineyards

The Guest House at Monte Cassino Vineyard, an architectural gem. At 650 sq ft, this free standing, studio loft space is a ground up restoration of an 1830s summer kitchen. Completed for 2016 season, it includes a kitchenette, with mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Outdoor grill is available as well. The living room has a fireplace and the bedroom loft is a designer's dream. Adjacent to the main house, the GH also includes use of the pool in season. Extremely private grounds.

This beautiful first floor studio is just a 10-minute walk away from the Newport Levee which features many restaurants, shops, the aquarium and the people people bridge which is a pedestrian only bridge that crosses over to Cincinnati. This is my personal home and I welcome you to be my guest, relax, make yourself at home. My favorite things are the accessibility features, the privacy, and no steps. There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance.
