Seasonal items are unavailable during fall/winter. We do have access to trails if you’d like to bring your own snowshoes,cross country skis,snowmobile or ATV.

A newly renovated 4 season home on French Lake located in Lakeville Corner only 30 mins from Fredericton. Relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere during your stay at Sand Point Lakehouse. Once you're done dropping your bags, head to the boat house, grab a life jacket and a kayak, canoe, peddle boat, SUP, or fishing rod and head down to the water followed by a fire, and enjoy s'mores! Winter months, ice fish or skate! *Camping Trailer MUST be requested in advance*

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

This is the perfect place for a family or friend get together, a group retreat or maybe just a romantic couples get away. A great place for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and swimming. In the winter this is a spectacular place to snowshoe or go ice fishing. Snowmobiling is also popular and many will drive by our place across the ice.
