The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Barn at Locustwood Farm

Come enjoy your stay in our 1900 sq ft 19thcentury restored stone barn. We’re 15 minutes from Sight and Sound and the shops at Strasburg. With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. Stay on the farm at Shady Lane- 1BR in-law suite.

If the authentic Lancaster County experience is what you're looking for than this is the perfect place for you! This in-law quarters is set back a long driveway on a working farm with views for days. From your kitchen & living room window you'll have a gorgeous view of farmland from 5 different farms. Shady Lane Greenhouse is just beside the apartment so come for your spring flowers and spend a few nights on this beautiful farm. Located in New Holland, PA so you'll be close to local attractions.

Centrally located: 30 min. to Harrisburg or Lancaster; 1 hr. to Baltimore or BWI airport; 2 hours to Philadelphia. Ski Roundtop is only 30 minutes away! Hiking and biking on local rail trail. Happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge; snacks and bottled water provided.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Found in the heart of Lancaster County Amish country, our country style suite apartment is only 15-20 minutes from historic Lititz, Ephrata and Lancaster. Enjoy this cozy 2nd floor guest suite for 2 in a 200 year old farmhouse! The space is a 3 room guest suite, with private entrance, full bath, bedroom and living room. The listing is NOT for the entire house. Our family and dog lives in the main part of the house. Enjoy petting our goats and watching our chickens. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet & stars.

FYI -If you are bringing your pet, the fee is $5 per night for extra cleaning .We love longer stays and offer a 5% discount for 7 days and 10% for 30 days! Come relax and enjoy the view!

Dutch Homestead Vacation Home

The Dutch Homestead Vacation Home (attached to right hand side of owners home - see photos) is located just outside the town of Paradise. You can sit on the porch of the guesthouse and hear the train whistles of the Strasburg Railroad in the distance. We have a horse & chickens, as well as a large vegetable garden surrounding the house.

Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
