Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. We are following all state and AirBnB standards for cleaning and sanitizing.

Otis School House Studio

This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm. The space is light and airy with furniture designed and made by East Otis Studio. Beautiful original artworks. Gorgeous Linen bedding for the best nights sleep!
