There are high speed Wi fi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwashing machine, toaster etc. From South facing terrace you can enjoy marvelous view of blue ocean surface shining under the bright sun and if you are lucky you can see dolphin or whales, which are many in this area. There is an open air heated in the winter period swiming pool on the roof of the complex where you can relax and burn under the sun. A lot of restaurants, bars and cafes of various styles and cuisines, fresh bakery are situated just across the street. Pharmacy and GYM are located on the ground floor of the complex. This beautiful apartment is located in Valle de San Lorenzo. The ocean and the mountains are visible from the apartment and are easy reachable by bus or car. The mountains are even around the corner. This apartment is perfect for singles, couples or friends looking for a safe and peaceful place to calm down and getting to know locals better. It is reachable by Bus, but renting a car is far more comfortable. A very good wifi-connection is also available. I'm looking forward to hear from you! :)
