This is an excellent property that is secure, well maintained and an easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The condo had all the amenities listed , showers with hot water and comfortable beds. Vanessa did a great job keeping us updated and answered our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely consider staying here on future visits.

Loved staying at Melissa’s place, felt just like home. Great location, beautifully decorated, up to date appliances, etc. I would say the best place we’ve staying in so far at Portillo Residences! Melissa was also ALWAYS available, replied very quickly, and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

Excellent emplacement du logement dans Las Terranas. Vraiment le gros point fort ! Vraiment proche de tout et du centre (2-3km) mais offrant pourtant une réelle oasis à l’écart de l’agitation. Au niveau du logement : Une terrasse qui donne directement sur le jardin. Pratique et agréable. Le lieu est sublimé par un entretien millimétré du jardin et d’un magnifique étang qui traverse la propriété. Une piscine qui se réchauffe au fur et à mesure de laverie journée et à quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage. 1 matelas King size tres qualitatif et 1 matelas nous semblant un peu plus petit mais aussi confortable. À noter une laverie automatique bien pratique dans la résidence. Communication efficace avec Béatrice qui a su régler les petits problèmes rencontrés.

Dorene’s place was amazing! Just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful pool on sight. The location was quiet, peaceful, clean, and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Un increíble destino para ir con la familia, todo muy bien hecho, el.lugar de una belleza natural increíble. La playa entretenida para los jóvenes, con clases de surf, caminatas, paseos al pueblo, a ver la puesta de sol. eld exactamente cómodo y práctico.

Hermosa villa! Nuestros hosts fueron muy atentos, resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y nos trataron como si fuéramos parte de su familia. La villa estaba en perfectas condiciones, y tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar: toallas de playa, sillas de playa, bloqueador solar, repelentes, jabones, y artículos de la cocina.

Nous avons passés 4 nuits dans une belle villa proche de la plage. L’hôte a été réactif, tout s’est bien passé, je la conseille pour un petit groupe ou une famille qui souhaiterait être tranquille à las terrenas.

Valtina is very nice and helpful host. She made our stay very comfortable. During our stay we could do thought of activities within 20-25 minute distance like Kyaking in the beautiful laguna of Coson river through Minati Tour, Horse riding in Playa Bonita and also enjoyed at the Playa Bellanas. House is kids friendly, kids enjoyed a lot in the pool, there are many toys in the house, trampoline, small zip line , swings etc were full of fun for kids. Strongly recommend Valtina’s place to everyone

La hemos pasado muy bien en familia, la casa es ideal para vacaciones en conjunto. Nos gusto mucho el lugar y la atención de Ronal siempre de 10.

Amazing!!! The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful. The area is very beautiful and the local people are extremely nice. I absolutely love the area and I cannot wait to come back. The hosts helped us with EVERYTHING. Found us a driver, great meals, cleaners, helped with excursions, helped us translate, found us a chef, and got us transportation to and from the airport. I could not have asked for a better trip or better hosts. Everything I needed, they accommodated it. The Airbnb itself is absolutely gorgeous and the backyard area was breathtaking. The beach was walking distance and very clean and friendly. We will be coming back!!!

We enjoyed our experience in this lovely home. Everyone was very responsive to all of our needs. The location was incredible with area restaurants within walking distance on the walkway by the beach. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

Parque Nacional los Haitises super recomendado si visitas las Terreras, es precisoso al igual que Cayo Levantao. El apartamento es cómodo, equipado y céntrico. Lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias José!

One of my favorite Airbnbs. We definitely did not want to leave this, or Las Terrenas! This Airbnb had the best location, great restaurants close by, and close to some of the best beaches!! Robson and Neli were amazing hosts! The pics of the apt looked great, but it was so much better in person. We loved it all! Thanks again, Robson.

Realmente SUPERÓ NUESTRAS EXPECTATIVAS!!! Carmen es un super host!!! siempre cordial y atenta a las necesidades del huésped. Primeramente, el apartamento está literal frente a la mejor playa de Las Terrenas. Muchos restaurantes cerca (recomiendo Manda Popy, unas delicias justo al lado del apartamento). el apartamento TIENE TODO: COCINA ESPECTACULAR CON TODO PARA COCINAR y un balcón con vistas bellísimas a la piscina y al mar. Las camas muy confortables y los baños un lujo!. Las áreas del jardín y la piscina son muy cómodas y hermosas. Volveremos con seguridad! GRACIAS CARMEN!!!🫶💞

Amazing location near everything with beautiful surroundings , fully equipped kitchen , spotless bathrooms and definitely spacious.

We loved our stay here! When we experienced small issues which were not under the hosts' control, they were always pleasant and available to help us solve them. We slept comfortably. The location is amazing, with gated safe parking and delicious restaurants within walking distance. The pizza place next door makes some of the best pizza we've ever had—and we're New Yorkers! Playa Punta Popy Beach, just down the road within walking distance, is perfect for kids or anyone wanting a weekday beach entirely to themselves. This property is an excellent value. Recommended.
