Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. Ample and easy parking. Use of the outdoor patio area. Adults only.

Handicap accessible. Within a short drive of 2 major ski resorts, the Flight 93 Memorial and 2 wineries. Several restaurants and a brewery also within a 15 minute drive. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Magnolia Cottage

Relax at Magnolia Cottage, a small private Guest House located on our 25 acre farm. This hotel room-size cottage has a *new Queen bed suitable for 1-2 guests, kitchenette features a small sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and toaster oven (no stove) cozy and stylish space with heat/ac and electric fireplace. Bathroom has a walk in shower stall. Location is close to Cranberry shopping and restaurants, weddings and events in Butler county, less than 40 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh.

Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. A very quiet and peaceful mobile home / guest house located in Connellsville Pennsylvania. We are close to many popular sites such as the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail and the Laurel Highlands.
