The Nesting Box is an ideal space to return to and recharge in after “free-ranging” locally. Comfortable, cool, and centrally located to the best of Butler Street. Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts for experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front 🚪. We welcome guests to our on-street private guest suite. Urban family homestead with 1 🐈‍⬛, 2 🐕, and 3 🐓 that resided with us for 5 years (recently rehomed to farm).

Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Beautiful, quiet, downtown living with lots of windows. Full kitchen fully stocked for easy cooking and clean up with the dishwasher. All new fully renovated, everything is upscale, quartz countertops and custom easy close cabinets. Bathroom is spotless. Cable and WiFi for guests. A short two block walk to the river access, and 4 blocks to the boat dock access and pavillion. As close as you can get to the Shell Cracker Plant. This is a space that feels like home and is easy to relax.

This listing is walking distance to the GAP trail, Ohiopyle Falls Visitor Center, Ferncliff National Natural Monument, rafting, Natural Waterslides, and all of Ohiopyle’s attractions. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).
