It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Sastoji se od prostrane, dobro opremljene kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagovaonom sa stolom za šest osoba. Obje spavaće sobe imaju pogled na more te izlaz na balkon. U kupaoni se nalazi walk in tuš kabina, umivaonik s ormaricem, perilica i wc. Stan ima dva parkirna mjesta te veliko dvorište s roštiljem.
