Het comfortable studio-appartement bevindt zich in het centrum van Alphen op de begane grond aan de Rijn. De studio is ingericht in een huiselijke stijl met moderne kenmerken, er is een smart- tv en een goed uitgeruste keuken om zelf maaltijden te bereiden. De badkamer heeft een douch toilet en wasmachine. Er is een mooi scala van lunchrooms restaurants en winkels en theater in de directe omgeving. Wij bieden een knus en sfeervol vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien. Geheel gerenoveerd en mooi gestyled. U beschikt over een eigen ingang, een gezellige plaats/ tuin, en een schuur om evt. fietsen te plaatsen. Op 800 meter van het strand en dichtbij duin een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. Verder is ons vakantiehuis een goede plek om vandaar uit tripjes te ondernemen naar bijv. De Keukenhof. Ook Leiden, Delft, Den Haag en Amsterdam zijn met de auto binnen een half uur te bereiken.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

Artistic stay in Leiden

B&B 3 kastanjes is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a 100 years old house in the district Vreewijk in Leiden city centre. It consists of one living room and two bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. (for use of 1p bedroom see below at Access for guests). You have lots of privacy: all the services are only used by you and the apartment has its own entrance. You can use (city)bikes for free and payed parking in our street is included. The B&B is Contact Free!

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Kick back in wooden Adirondack chairs on the open-air terrace with views of the city center's pretty old buildings. This spacious rooftop retreat combines clean lines with rustic hanging planters and woven wall art for a texture-rich look. We like to inform and help our guests but we respect their privacy. This airy abode sits right in the middle of the city center, just 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

Stay in our former coach house

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike

Completely renovated comfortable guest suite with own entrance. Separate bathroom with shower/toilet. You can use our garden with loungeset. You can use 2 bikes for free. Zoetermeer is in the centre of nice places to go, 60 km Amsterdam, 15 km Den Haag, 20 km Rotterdam and 15 km Delft.
