Had an excellent stay at Tobias's place. Loved the proximity to the hospital and appreciated his promptness with responding to messages and very friendly. The space is excellent, highly recommend!

Haben die Wohnung blitzsauber und super aufgeräumt vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist tip top in Ordnung. Bei einer Frage haben wir von Steven sehr schnell eine hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Auch die Nachbarn im Haus waren nett und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinweis: der Weg in den Ort ist relativ kurz aber steil, was für den Schwarzwald nicht anders zu erwarten ist.

Das Apartment war super geschnitten, sehr sauber und für uns in einer idealen Lage. Michael als Gastgeber war super nett und unkompliziert, er hat in kürzester Zeit auf jede Nachfrage und Email geantwortet, wir hoffen im nächsten Jahr wieder Gäste sein zu dürfen. Beste Grüße Marco

Ein Highlight ist natürlich das Schwimmbad - auch ein Kraftraum und eine Sauna ist im Haus. Elli kommuniziert schnell und proaktiv. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details ausgestattet - so gibt es sogar einen Regenschirm, eine Parkscheibe und sogar an einen Bademantel wurde gedacht. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon und außenliegende Jalousien, damit wird es in der Wohnung super dunkel. Es war alles sauber. Es waren mehr als ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist gut zu erreichen. Für nachts findet man in der Nähe gut einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. DANKE Elli für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

This hosts are so kind and always give us properly response. Residence is little old but maintain beautiful and there is elevator and laundry. In the room, it is so nice interior and comfortable that we wanted to stay more. We went there by rental car. Surrounded nature is also beautiful, the time we stay in the balcony was perfect. I recommend this residence for the person who wants to stay like living.

Steffen was an excellent host who provided lots of tips about the local area and answered questions thoroughly. The house was a delight to stay in, with great views and a large open lounge to play board games. Big fan of the roller shutters as they made keeping the lounge at the perfect temperature. The beds were comfy though the pillows could be comfier.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Ingrid war eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin – freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen. Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Alles war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Tolle Einrichtung, top ausgestattete Küche, große Zimmer, gemütliche Betten und eine wunderbare Terrasse. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, in der Umgebung etwas zu unternehmen. Oder man kann einfach nur in der Wohnung verweilen und eine gute Zeit haben. Die angrenzende Straße ist gut befahren, aber das stört kaum.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte ausreichend Platz und war super ausgestattet. Zudem war es sehr sauber. Wir waren gerne zu Gast.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Helga. Dit was onze eerste vakantie met onze dochter (7 maanden) en we wilden vooral bijtanken: de tuin, de mooie ruimtes, de ligging en de omgeving spraken ons dan ook aan. Het was een ontzettend fijn verblijf: er waren overal gezellige zitjes, zowel binnen als buiten, in de keuken was allemaal kookgerei zodat we uitgebreid konden kokkerellen, Helga was ontzettend gastvrij en bracht ons met regelmaat verse eitjes en dacht mee met uitjes en als we wat nodig hadden. Bovendien hadden we alle privacy en had niemand last van (nachtelijk) gehuil - dus dat we voor ons ook heel prettig. Kortom: alle ingrediënten voor een geweldig verblijf!

Mega schöne Wohnung mit tollen Ausblick. Alles hat perfekt gepasst vom Check In über den Aufenthalt bis hin zum Check Out. Sehr sehr sauber sowie nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Gerne wieder.

Wir konnten leider nur einen Nacht bleiben, waren aber ausgesprochen positiv beeindruckt von der kleinen Wohnung. Gerne hätten wir dort mehr Zeit verbracht! Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Stayed at Andreas’s beautiful place for 4 days and felt right at home. Gorgeous location, and had more than enough amenities for your every need!! Would definitely stay again :)

Excellent location at Marienplatz. It is right next to a great bar (Bruno's), in addition to the REWE's around the platz. Downtown is a short walk away, and for further locations such as the Porsche Museum, you can hop on the S-Bahn and be there within 20 minutes. I would say overall a great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Stuttgart.
