Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a 4 minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants. Don’t pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied! Come visit! There’s building construction across the road from us but please park in our driveway when you return from your day trips!

The Nest

Welcome to the Nest, a cosy beach-style studio nestled on the hill-tops of Lennox Head. Relax on a private deck, complete with a comfy lounge and a gas hob-equipped BBQ, all while enjoying the tropical landscape. Inside The Nest, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette complete with a bar fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The studio is a short 3-minute drive into town and the beach. The Nest is your ideal coastal getaway, providing a perfect blend of serenity and convenience.

Sunrise studio

Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Plus all the extras you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, including earlier check ins and late check outs. Please message for any enquiries.

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.

The studio offers an open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge opening onto lawned courtyard, bathroom & seperate toilet. Lennox Head has the best on offer in the Byron area. Lunch on the beachfront or shopping in Bangalow. Hiking along the coastal walk at sunrise. Or simply relax in our beautiful studio.

Miki's

Miki’s is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique. Miki’s is in a residential area about 3km from Lennox Head Beach and Boulders Beach. The area is hilly so it’s best to have a car.

Byron Beech Pad - Luxurious and Spacious

Byron Beech Pad is a bright and luxurious large private studio with panoramic views from the spacious balcony, complete with outdoor hot and cold shower, dining table, hanging chair and Weber BBQ. Close to local shops, cafes and 900m to Tallow beach, Byron Beech Pad comfortably sleeps up to 3 adults, or two adults and two children plus a toddler in our complimentary port-a-cot.

The Guesthouse

Our guest house is located at the front of the main house (attached). The guest house has private entry, with a small deck and yard area. Lennox Head is a coastal village with fantastic cafes/restaurants with breathtaking 7 mile beach. Our guesthouse is a warm welcoming place perfect for a one night stay or as long as you like!
