Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

A very comfortable guest suite located in Brackendowns Alberton, ideal for a couple or single person. With its own private entrance and secure under cover parking. We have solar installed, so we are not affected by load shedding. A tea, coffee station and mini fridge is provided in the guest suite. TV with Netflix. Plenty of cupboard space. There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.
