There is an incredible dining table, a chef kitchen, and a finished basement with a murphy bed + home theater. You won't find anything else like this ! 2 Car parking!

Bright East-Toronto 2 Bedroom Near Subway

2 bedroom private second floor unit, clean, bright, very clean and comfortable beds. A 5 minute walk gets you to the subway station, 10 the other direction will take you to the GO train station for a quick ride downtown. Locally, almost everything you might need is nearby; playgrounds, parks, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, and a quick bus ride will get you to the beach. I am close enough to the train line that you will hear the trains a bit. The bedrooms face the other way, though.

Toronto Islands are a 10 minute ferry ride away from downtown Toronto. Switch from the hustle and bustle of the city to the tranquillity of one of Toronto's most coveted parks. Unique to any other metropolitan city, Toronto Island has limited vehicle access. This car free area boasts 6 kilometres of nature walks, children and pet friendly access to beaches, Centre island amusement park, artist exhibitions, restaurants and even a nude beach. Located in the trendy neighbourhood of Leslieville, you'll be staying steps away from amazing restaurants/bars, breweries, concert venues, parks and beaches- just a 20 minute walk to Woodbine Beach, or 15 minute walk to History music venue. Please note: we live on the upper floor of the house and have a little dog who you may hear occasionally.
