Glamping Pod, Guershader, Isle of Lewis

Welcome to the pod! Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. This is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over. Looking for a longer stay? Airigh nam Fiadh

Airigh nam Fiadh is a secluded cabin in Newvalley, Isle of Lewis, offering privacy amidst the countryside. Surrounded by nature, you'll enjoy visits from deer and wildlife, while still being close to Stornoway. The cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, with a double bed and sofa bed. It features Velux windows for stargazing, a kitchenette, and a bright bathroom. Outdoors, relax on the deck and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A perfect base to explore both the quiet countryside and nearby town.

Your little bit of Hygge in Tiumpanhead, here on Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Approximately 10 miles from Stornoway. Our beautiful pod has been lovingly crafted in Siberian Larch and is double insulated. We offer a hotel quality double bed. Sofa bed is NOT suitable for adults. Fully equipped kitchen, a luxury bathroom with rainfall shower. WIFI and SmartTV. 5 min walk to lighthouse and access to outstanding cetacean sightings/birdlife. Dark Skies for stargazing and Aurora Borealis.

Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

The Mangersta Pod

When you arrive at The Mangersta Pod you will find yourself in an extremely clean and comfortable haven. To ensure you have a good night's sleep the camping mattresses were replaced by a comfortable mattress right from the start. Situated in the village of Mangersta on the Atlantic coast of Lewis, the pod is a few minutes walk away from a remote beach and stunning cliff walks. This is an area of exceptional natural beauty with over 20 beaches as well as beautiful moorland and lochs.

Falasgair

Falasgair is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

Otternish Pods, North Uist

Otternish Pods on North Uist are situated on a working croft and are ideally located for exploring the islands. 1 mile from Berneray ferry terminal and 10 miles from Lochmaddy. Each pod is open plan with a kitchenette, seating dining, sleeping area and shower room. 3/4 bed and sofa-bed provides accommodation for up to 4. It is ideal for 2,If there are 4 adults you may feel it rather small. Bedding and towels are provided. Heating, TV and WiFi all add to a warm comfortable stay.

Loch View: Cabin beside Dun Broch/Pet Friendly

Loch View (and it's neighbour, Broch View) is a log cabin well-appointed to a high standard right beside the Dun Carloway broch, in the heart of the West side of Lewis attractions of Callanish Standing Stones, Garenin Blackhouse Village, the spectacular Dalmore and Dalbeg beaches,etc. It has all you need for a comfortable stay from a well fitted kitchen, bathroom with full size shower, double bed, and a comfortable sitting area. The cabin sits in a beautiful and historic area.

The Yurt @ Ranish

The yurt is a tiny relaxing space . It is situated in Ranish , which is about 8 miles out of Stornoway and although it is at the back of a residential house you will feel like you are out on the crofts that surround it in this rural area of Lewis . The Croft fields around have a mixture of animals , including sheep , goats , geese , ducks & of course chickens , which can be a wee bit vocal at times . We have some very friendly chickens on the property as well .

Harris Hill Lodge, Achmore, Lewis, Outer Hebrides.

My place is 20mins to the beautiful west coast beaches and 10 minutes from the Callanish Stones. A central island position, 9 miles from Stornoway, just over 30 miles from Tarbert, Harris. You’ll love my place because of its private and quiet position, the stunning views and the amazing skies and the wildlife - deer are sometimes in the surrounding croft, great for bird watching.
