The home is located directly on West Grand Traverse Bay. It has 3 bedrooms, and will sleep 6 comfortably. The expansive deck has breathtaking views of power island. It has ample outdoor patio furniture and a fireable to create ambiance. Below is an amazing beachfront entertainment area with 2 TV's, an outdoor bathroom.

Sun Bear Lakehouse - Lake Leelanau

This recently completed home on South Lake Leelanau combines relaxing privacy, lake access, and stunning sunsets. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open living concept, this well designed home accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. We maintain the property for year-round rentals. The property has direct waterfront access to the lake, along with a seasonal dock and patio areas. We're also in the heart of Leelanau County's wine country. A trail system for walking and biking is close by.

Victoria Valley Chalet

This beautiful home, hosted by myself and my lovely wife Brenda. The home has up north charm and character inside and out. Built in 2019, this home has a covered front porch and a elevated back deck overlooking a yard that will be filled with games, including horseshoes and cornhole. After enjoying what Northern Michigan has to offer, come back to relax and recharge in the privacy of your own home. Have a drink by the bonfire in the back yard, grill out and plan your next days adventures.

Soo House

Soo is a very fun cedar shake cabin on 15 forested acres, surrounded by trails, a loon call from Glen Arbor. This scandi-eclectic, cozy spot is a dappled dirt road away from Port Oneida/Good Harbor Bay Beaches and Pyramid Point. Soo stewards a half-mile of private trails on the property itself and borders 27+ miles of maintained MTB/hike/ski trails via the Palmer Woods and Krumwiede Forest Reserves. Soo is the unique family basecamp for your Sleeping Bear Nat'l Lakeshore adventures!

Meadow Cabin at Parcel

Featured in Domino Magazine: “Midwest on the Outside, Copenhagen on the Inside.” The Meadow Cabin sits amongst a flowering and native meadow. It is our largest cabin, with room for six people. Cedar siding and expansive windows at the Meadow Cabin combine the spirit of a Scandinavian retreat with a nod to regional Northern Michigan architecture. Two main-floor bedrooms, a second-story loft bedroom, two bathrooms, and a big open living + kitchen space make up the Meadow Cabin.

Hygge Sunrise Lane

Sunrise Lane is the OG - the first home built by Hygge Supply. The home sits on a tranquil stretch of preserved wetland that leads to lakeside access to stunning Lake Leelanau. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to feel one with the outdoor surroundings. Views of tamarack trees, cattails, and wetland flowers, the wildlife thrives on this protected piece of property, so expect to see deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, fireflies, and an occasional bobcat sighting.

Two golf courses are immediately adjacent to the association property--Sugarloaf the Old Course and Manitou Passage.
