Just 30 min to Mohawk or Southington Ski Mountains. Just 10 min to downtown Litchfield, close to local farms & vineyards. For security we have two exterior cameras facing the door & driveway.

Just off the cycling "rails to trails" river trail, you'll find places to also kayak, SUP, fish and swim. Conveniently close to Farmington, Avon, Simsbury, West Hartford and 84 highway.

Enjoy quick access to hiking, shopping, fine dining and more. Under 2 hours from New York City by car or train. Pets not typically allowed.
