Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

This cozy one bedroom, 2nd floor condo sleeps four, and includes a completely renovated kitchen/living area and bathroom! You will be just steps away from a beautiful pool pavilion, tennis courts, playgrounds, the Saco River Beach, hot tubs, fire pits, an arcade, and a fitness center. Nestled among all the summer attractions of the area- 10 minutes to Story Land! Always something fun to do!

Easily access the valley's award winning restaurants, shopping, xc skiing, etc. Snow shoes & toboggan provided, hike out the front door, sled on the small hill.

Welcome to our spacious, renovated 2 bed residence with sofa beds sleeping six. This sunny unit features a full kitchen, full bath, dining rm, living rm. and porch with dramatic mountain views. Amenities include 3 LED smart TVs, high speed WIFI, laundry and parking. We are located in the majestic White Mountains, an acclaimed 4 seasons recreational area offering: hiking, kayaking, ATV, skiing/snowboarding, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling. ATV & Snowmobile from our door.

Sunny studio with king bed, private entrance, garage parking. Small but complete kitchen (under counter refrigerator). Great views of the Wildcat river. WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.

The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).

There is plenty of parking and ATV's are welcome. Sleeps 4 with a full sized bed and sleeper sofa!
