Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

Wooded Livingston Manor Oasis With Stream & Deck

Enjoy a private getaway in Livingston Manor! Our light-filled house is designed for entertaining, with an open plan and fully-stocked kitchen, and lots of local character. The rocky creek behind the huge yard is great for wading. In winter a woodstove keeps you cozy while you look through oversize picture windows at the snow. In summer you'll spend evenings on a large deck with grill and dining area, and gather around the Solo Stove fire pit before you fall asleep to the sound of the stream.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Cooley Mountain House *Hot Tub*

Remove the walls between you and nature in this spacious, vaulted and sun-drenched getaway. Nestled along a mountain stream on a quiet country road in the heart of the western Catskills, this fully redesigned house blends modern comforts with rustic styling, offering you and your guests an open invitation to kickback, “work from nature” or keep playing til sunrise. Under two hours from NYC, and less than 15 minutes from Livingston Manor, Cooley Mountain House keeps everything within reach.

River House at Trout Town Farms

Fully furnished River House with private access to the famous Beaverkill River Lower Mountain Pool. You can walk through a real working farm as well as taste the seasonal harvest when available. Here you can take a farm tour and visit with our resident animals, including alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, rabbits, and chickens. Whether it's fishing, relaxing by the fire, or sitting on the patio listening to the river, this farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat for the whole family to stay.

Rental is located next to a busy road , if you are not comfortable with some traffic at certain times of the day then this may not be for you I would also note that this home is small inside but very comfortable . There is a cozy yard to relax in next to a fire pit and a table and chairs if you would like to eat outside. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. Located 1/4 mile from home is a local place to purchase extra wood .

Butternut Farm Cottage

Butternut Farm Cottage is an 1880's farmhouse. One and a half story great room with wood burning stove, kitchen, dishwasher; laundry room, two bathrooms and library with TV and Wifi. Lots of natural light. Sound system throughout. Covered porch. Comfortable beds. BBQ grill and fire-pit. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and medium size groups (up to 6). **While not an issue for most some ambient noise from Rt. 17 is heard when outside.

Modern Secluded Retreat

Escape to the center of 11+ acres of woods, water, and dark starry skies—under 2 hours from NYC. Walls of windows pull the outside in, with a stream, pond, and constant wildlife just beyond. Warm up by the fireplace, unwind in the open living space, and sleep deep in a king bed. A large jetted bathtub, bonus half bath, and a flexible bonus room with pool table and ping pong table on heated floors round it out. Peaceful, private, and made for slowing down.

Tucked on a quiet road just minutes from hiking trails and Willowemoc fly fishing, we’re also only a winding 15-minute drive to charming Livingston Manor, a quintessential Catskills town, and less than 2 hours from NYC.

Casita Ayo - cozy home in Livingston Manor

Located in the center of the vibrant town of Livingston Manor, Casita Ayo is the perfect place for the city people who want to get away, but not too far away. Just a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, coffee and ice cream shops, breweries, bars, hikes, fishing, pilates, and did we mention lots of delicious food! Comfortably accommodates 5, but can sleep 6. We can accommodate fury pals for an additional cleaning fee. In town, not remote.

Imagine Morticia Addams vacationed in Scandinavia - worked remotely with fast streaming wifi, and then influenced the design of a 1920’s farmhouse in Upstate New York to function both as a remote worker’s dream and an NYC office worker's ideal getaway weekend. In our case, Morticia Addams is known as Jane West, and she was the inspiration for our first weekend home.
